We're a small, local family business, run by a father and son who live in Muskoka year-round. While you're in the city, we're just down the shore. We clean your cottage, put it to bed for winter, and look in on it, with a photo Keeper's Log after every visit.

Haven't closed up yet? Book your fall closing together with a winter Look-In plan and take $30 off the closing.
We'll put the place to bed, then look in on it right through to spring.

A Keeper's Log every visit
Dated photos and notes after each visit, so you see what we saw, laid out so you can forward it to your insurer.
Careful with keys
Keys are tagged with a code only, never your name or address, kept in a locked key safe, and every key movement is logged.
Local, year-round
We live in Muskoka through every season, so when a storm rolls through we're already close by.

Straight from our price list, plus any travel or boat-access charge. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Hand over a key
We tag it with a code and keep it in a locked key safe. No copies without your written OK.
Get your Keeper's Log
Photos and notes after every visit, emailed to you.
We're taking requests now. Service begins once our insurance is in place, and we'll confirm everything with you before any visit. No payment is taken online.
